A new year encourages us to evaluate our progress and our goals, considering our past efforts and determining where we need to press that refresh or even restart button. For Herring Homes this new year is even more monumental as we reveal to you the results of last year’s work and our new brand!
For more than two decades we served our community as JordanBuilt Homes, building beautiful, quality homes for the Life Well Crafted. We also created a company culture that was based on principles of integrity, respect, and hard work. When our new president, Brian Herring, decided to take the reins, he knew that no matter the changes going forward those same values of JordanBuilt Homes would remain. A third generation builder, Brian is committed to continuing the ideas of craftsmanship, quality, and tradition that he has practiced throughout his life. During the last year we have restructured our organization, streamlining processes to ensure the best client experience possible. We enjoyed team building exercises to improve our communication skills and give a voice to each of our team members. We even transformed our brand to pay homage to our builder heritage (Note the elegant inclusion of the plum bob in our new logo. The plumb bob is a weighted tool that helps determine if something is perfectly vertical).
Now as we enter 2021, the Herring Homes team is geared up for a year of growth and success. More importantly, we are eager to continue building homes for our incredible customers so that they can experience Life Well Crafted. We are currently building in new home communities all over The Triangle but we are most excited about our three newest opportunities: Barrington in Zebulon, Everly in Wake Forest, and Two Thirty One in Wendell. Logos and signage are not the only new things you will see from Herring Homes in the coming months.
